I have been going to this shop for many years not knowing that I have been over charged. People at this shop come across as professional and know what they are doing. they make a follow up phone call to see how the vehicle is doing. however recently i started to notice that it takes a very long time to get an appointment or service done. second, they charge you dealer prices. with the difference is that you don't get dealer's experience (shuttle service, genuine parts...etc)\r examples: my sunroof drain was clogged. estimate was $100-200. went to a body shop, they fixed it for $25 no exaggeration. \r Had my inspection done, they said i needed 2 new tires. it took me a week to replace them (they were under warranty from another tire shop) came back to pick up my stickers. the guy first said that I will not be charged again. all what's needed is the mechanic to re-inspect the tires. guess what? they said you drove the car and we have to charge you for reinspection. I paid $29 more. \r I am very disappointed with how much I have been overcharged Definitely not going back.
