Review content:
My office has been having drops from the Internet. I called up Verizon and they were no help. I had a couple of tech companies come out, one that was through the family, and one that I found through Craigslist. The first one replaced the router which worked for 2 hours and the next one gave up and said to switch to TimeWarner. NY Computer came out and said there was a configuration problem and was able to work with the same equipment to fix the problem. It's been a month and the internet and file sharing is a joy. I waited a month before writing this to make sure it's still working. :) I am a closet pessimist. just throwing a good referral out there to those in need.
Pros: very professional - they know what to do...period
Cons: wish i chose them first
