My computer was on the fritz and kept shutting down for no reason. I thought a virus was at work. Joe at NYCH told me that my hard drive needed to be replaced. I gave the go-ahead. He later contacted me and said that the motherboard was bad too, and recommended that I just get a new computer since replacing the motherboard, plus the hard drive, plus the hours charged for labor, would be the cost of an entry-level computer. Even though NYCH technically did not fix my problem, I really appreciated the honesty. The last time I took my computer to a different repair shop (November 2007) because my computer had died, the people there didn't say anything about my getting a new computer; it seemed like they just cared about the money. NYCH is a lot better. :) Pros: honest, quick, friendly service Cons: can't think of any
