I just walked out of this allergists office because I have been going there for 6 months and haven't gotten a single days relief,It first started with the testing and the doctor. I informed him nasal sprays don't work on me because my sinuses are to inflammed, so what does he do? Prescribes nasal spray. I go back to see him 3 more times and he prescribes a new nasal spray everytime. Everytime I tell him it doesn't work. He just ignores me.I started shots too and broke out in rashes and pimples ,so I told the nurses who gave me the shots. They said it's not related and ignored me.Last week a new nurse was there filling in and I explained it to her and she finally informed the Dr. Only took 12 weeks for someone there to do their job. So I had to see the doc today before I can get my shots and what happens? They are utterly rude to me again. The person at the desk insists I have a co-pay before I see the doctor. I have no co-pay at all on my HSA/PPO, Then they were rude again to my wife and then again to me. That was the final straw. The women at the desk are angry bitter people and the people in billing are flat out liars.Dr. Fitzsimmons is a quake and their business is dying. You can tell by how many times they remind you if you don't show up for their appointments they will charge you anyways.AVOID Associated Allergists and Asthma Specialists Ltd in Orland Park. I give 0 star but the page is making me give 1 star.
