Expected me to wait at airport for 1.75 hours for a shuttle after flight was delayed by 10 minutes, and refused a refund. Verbally abusive customer service. The manager literally yelled at me for 10 minutes on the phone!\r

The shuttle was scheduled for 10:30pm, my flight was delayed and I got to the pick up location at 10:40pm. I received a voicemail saying that the next available shuttle would be at 12:15am, almost 2 hours later, getting me home at 1:15am. I called customer service multiple times and only got a messaging machine. I decided to take a taxi since I had to get home. \r

Two days later when I called to ask for a refund, the manager quickly became irate. I had to ask him several times to stop yelling at me and let me speak. He was extremely rude and abusive. I was very upset by his belligerent and angry manner. Customers should never be yelled at.\r

They offered me a free ride next time, but I don't want to ride with them again! Waste of $30.
