Horrible bait and switch. Don t order from the selection of flowers on the website as they choose to substitute and do wildly different arrangement on their own. \r

I had a specific conversation about the arrangement I want for a muted toned elegant off white arrangement of lilies and roses. \r
\r
What was sent were jammed in red baby roses, white hydrandea and barely opened lilies.\r
\r
When I simply rang back to state ask that the next time I have an order that we stay in the theme of the arrangement we discuss and the flowers depicted, I was told I shouldn t be so particularly.\r

Would advise to not ever order here. Totally confused between a grocery store arrangement and an elegant occasion.
