The wisest tip that I can offer customers searching for a knowledgeable and personable sales rep is to recommend and outstanding person at the Havana Carpet Exchange named Tanya Penn. We went to check out a higher quality carpet for our home. She led us to a great quality carpet that will meet the needs of our large and active family! We chose ""Cloud 9"". I love the texture and the stain resistance of Coud 9. The colors blend with our hardwood floors. Although, we can't purchase for several months, when we do, we will consult Tanya Penn. She is outstanding, patient with our time frame, and willing to go to lengths to meet the needs of our family. We appreciate her efforts on our behalf. Kaye
