Review content:
DO NOT EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT!!! I know from first hand experiance that this is one of the filthiest establishments in the entire county. I have personally witnessed the cooks serve food outdated by two years. I have also seen them drop food on the dirty floor, and serve it. The dish water is changed very minimally throughout the day, and most times, the dishes are washed in ice cold, greasy water without so much as a sud of soap, using the same sponges for weeks on end, that are falling apart and smell like rotten eggs. The same three towels are used for everything from wiping up messes on the floor, to cleaning tables, to drying dishes. The cooks NEVER wash their hands at all during the course of an antire work day. With the possible exception of when they use the restroom. But even that can't be said for certain, as they are in there unsupervised. In fact - there is no hand soap whatsoever in the entire place, besides what can be found in the customer restroom. Don't believe me? Ask to see the soap they use. They won't be able to provide any. Or, better yet - ask to see the sink they wash their hands in. It is filled like a storage spot, and completely inaccessable. I have watched cooks coughing, sneezing, blowing their noses, eating, rubbing each others sweaty backs, cleaning toilets, taking out garbage - and then, touching customers food, without so much as pretending to even wipe off their hands. They do not use gloves. Or hand sanitizer. They don't even own any. The same goes for hair nets. They don't even attempt to pull back their hair while preparing food. Anyone can look behind the divider and see most of what I'm saying for themself. The level of utter filth and blatant disregard for consumer safety and health that I have seen at this establishment has not only compelled me to speak out against them, but has in turn caused me to be weary of eating out at all. Please trust me when I tell you - DO NOT EAT AT CARUSO'S!!! Or, better yet - don't trust me, and look into these claims for yourself!!! The more people willing to investigate these claims, the more people will contact the health board, and the more likely it will be that places like this are forced to either reform, or go away!\r
