Amen! SHUT IT DOWN!\r
Filthy. Disgustingly so. And shamefully unprofessional. \r
I recently placed an order over the phone. Was told to pick it up in 45 minutes. \r
When I showed up 45 minutes later, my order was not done. I waited another thirty five minutes until it was ready. \r
Lo and behold, when I got home I discovered that it was not my order at all but someone elses. I called about it and was put on hold for 15 minutes before being told to bring back the food I had been given by mistake in exchange for my order. \r
I returned with the incorrect order but my order was still not ready. \r
After waiting another 25 minutes, I finally got my food. \r
I went home and my family and I began eating. And then my son noticed something shiny and sharp sticking out of his slice of pizza. Upon closer inspection, we discovered that it was a fake fingernail!!!!! \r
I immediately contacted them by phone and was again put on hold for about 15 minutes and then I was hung up on! \r
I returned to the restaurant with the food and asked for a refund. I was treated HORRIBLY. I was called a liar, and a cheat, and asked to leave the premesis! \r
I will never go within spitting distance of this place ever again.
