Their food is actually pretty good. The chicken isn't too dry, the beef is flavorful. The lamb lacks a bit of flavor. \r \r But the reason for giving them a low rating was due to these factors: greed and fraud. \r \r I used a restaurant.com certificate for my purchase. At Restaurant.com's website, the only restriction at the time of purchase was to purchase a minimum of $45 for food (this was for the $25 certificate) and that an 18% tax will be added for ""full table service"". Also not applicable for family specials. \r \r I placed my order for takeout. When I was about the pay, the owner tells me that I still need to pay an 18% service charge. Then he goes on about Restaurant.com taking the full amount and that they don't get anything from it. So I paid. \r \r The following day, I emailed Restaurant.com about my experiences. I found out that the 18% service charge doesn't apply anymore, effective early December, 2012. Apparently a lot of customers complained about including this service charge. \r \r I don't support businesses who practice fraudulent activities, as little as they seem to be.
