Review content:
Moved into a recently remodeled apartment, thinking I would have new higher quality features, as advertised. WRONG. Most of the new features are no of high quality. Cheap ceiling fans, alarm system is not working, lighting is aweful. They repainted the walls, but they painted around the appliances, verses moving the appliances and painting the walls properly.
The apartment had not been properly cleaned. There was tons of cat hair under the refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer unit, and behind the toilets. ( which they might have noticed earlier, if they painted the walls properly.)
The grout on the tile floor is dirty and black from something, I am not sure what. But with a lot of elbow grease and a little sweat, it has cleaned up. ( My sweat)
The apartment in general is nice, but it hasn't been well maintained, and the recent remodeling is fair at best.
Pros: Convenient location to local shops and parks
Cons: Not well maintained, fair/poor remodeling
