Review content:
Bigfoot Pumping was called twice in 3 months to thaw my rental property. During the second service call I was informed there was an outstanding balance from the previous call. They claimed to have partially thawed the home when I was not available to meet the service people. I was not notified at the time of the service and the 2 people I spoke with concerning the $150 dollar charge (in addition to the $320 paid at the time of the actual service) were rude and could not offer any other information except, ""the service was done"". Very dissatisfied with the office staff. This company's only redeeming quality is their service people. Unfortunately, I will never utilize them again.
