We sold the pool to you for $18,000.00 plus the extras you wanted and you wrote a review against our company while we were building your pool. After we got approval from your association it took about one month and we started digging your pool. August 19, 2010 we started digging your pool and everything was going pretty well until you wrote the first bad review on us after tile and plumbing were installed and getting ready for the patio. You admitted writing this review. We told you we was not going to finish the pool because of the review. You called backing crying to us stating you would take the review off and you were sorry and wouldn't do it again. At work that afternoon you took it off and we told you had to have patience and we would finish the pool. It took approximate two weeks for your electrician to ground the pool and get it through the grounding inspection. There was six weeks for association approval and electrical work to be completed before we could pour the patio. In the process of building the pool you added three row of tile and a waterfall and two lion heads which took a little time to center up the pipes which had to be perfectly drilled in the right spots for the water to flow. This wasn't easy but for $1,500.00 we agreed to it. Thank you. After it took a full weekend to pour the patio 1/2 on Saturday and 1/2 on Sunday. We had the job almost complete. We added the kool deck to your existing patio and didn't charge you. We made your patio bigger to accommodate a screen enclosure you wanted and didn't charge you any extra money. Thank you then cap tile you ordered from us to add to the benches and sunshelf you had to pay for. Dear Becky Wilson We are sorry you had to pay extra for the extra things you purchased from us, but it all took time and the job turned out beautiful! Three rows of tile, waterfalls, sunshelf, captile, pool cleaner, salt machine. At the end of job I watched the marcite guys do inside of pool that afternoon while it was filling. You handed me my final check Thank you November 15, 2011. In January you wrote another review after the pool was finished you started not liking us again. Dear Becy Wilson You have admitted to writing these reviews against our company and you said you will think about taking it off. And you told me to do whatever I had to do. Your contract states on paragraph #12 homeowner is responsible for damage to the company and company shall be compensated for that. \r
I guess in your opinion we are a terrible company for building you such a beautiful pool.
