I've had great experiences at Frank Bernard Ltd.! Walked in solo one Friday afternoon and asked to try on dresses; within 20 minutes, Teresa had helped me find THE ONE. Came back a few days later with mom and my bridesmaids to order, and my BM and I had a great conversation with Teresa while waiting for mom to get there. Picked up my dress last week, everything was perfect, and Teresa was her usual helpful self. My dress fits so perfectly I won't even need alterations!\r

My girls and I started a bridesmaids file on Thursday night, went in on Saturday after a disastrous (and brief!) stop at Irini's Originals and found our dresses. The downstairs consultant (can't remember her name, though she remembered us) found the dresses we'd wanted along with pricing for the ones they didn't have in the store, and had my girls sized up in less than an hour. Now THAT is how it's done!\r

Prices are phenomenal and service is even better! Yes, the floors/walls could use a little updating, but if it's keeping the prices low, I really don't care!!
