I love the consistant professional ,customer service all the employees offer.Always very kind .I love the food and the prices. However;On Jan.29,2013, it was on a Tuesday.The time was approximately about,between :5:00 A.M. and 6:00 A.M. It appeared the was a very ( AGRESSIVE PAN HANDLER ). He also was observed :( LOITERING ,CALIF.PENAL CODE:647E WITH OUT A PURPOSE BUT TO BOTHER AND HARSS ,CUSTOMERS IN A HURRY TO GO TO WORK). He was observed walking very silently behind customers as they had their helpless backs turned.Then ask them for money.Is'nt just like a criminal at his best? What are the perfect conditions for a criminal? ( TIME)-(KNOWLEDGE OF VICTIM )-(OPPORTUNITY )-( A BIKE WITH DARK CLOTHES ,FOR A FAST GET AWAY AND NO ONE CAN GET THE PLATE).To learn more about the behavior of the criminal mind and how they study their pray and targets ,read all the books called :( THE MIND HUNTER ). Why should we as customers be aware: Recently thousands of criminals have been released into society with felonies .They need :(MONEY). See for you're self online. Bill : A.B.109. Legislators decided to let out thousands of criminals back to society instead of building more prisons. So here is the description of the :( AGGRESSIVE PAN HANDLER AND LOITER AT MY FAVORITE ,7-ELEVEN ). He had a :(Navy Blue Beanie on his Head ). He also had a :( Black Under Shirt and Black Jacket ) .He also had a :( WHITE EARING ON HIS EAR LOBE OF THE LEFT EAR ).His pants were also:( Black). He was lotiering by the phones.He perhaps waiting on pray that looked defenseless and obviously helpless. Note: There is a sign posted on the wall .It states no loitering.Plus it has the ,Calif Penal Code:647 E. It was observed from a distance as I was walking my brown pit bull ,for safety the employee of 7-Eleven spoke with this suspect. But the suspect just continued to loiter.Then it appeared a very nice ,polite police officer spoke with the suspect. Hopeully if the suspect loiters and pan handles again.The wonderful ,excellent and professional police officers of; Westminster can arrest him. This will provide the suspect a room to sleep.Three meals a day. Plus the opportunity to make new friends. For hoepfully a year. With free medical and dentle. What else could a criminal want ,for free?
