Review content:
If you want your business returns to be royally messed up, then by all means, go to KL Tax Pro. The first year we used their services, they forgot to put stamps on the returns they filed for my business. Then wrote the IRS an explanation of what happened on a Post-It note. Yes, a Post-It note! They filed the wrong form for our LLC and did not advice us properly of the fees that should have been paid. So now we're stuck with all sorts of late fees and penalties. They would claim up and down that they're straightening things out for you, but leave you holding the bag. They are now refusing to work on our 2012 returns because they couldn't fix what they messed up two years prior. \r \r If we knew this was the quality of services this firm would provide, we might as well should have gone to the local H&R Block down the street in the mini-mall. I'm beyond disappointed.
