I've been to Herb Bauer in Fresno three times and each time I visited the store I was talked down to and treated with disrespect. My latest experience was just today 08/23/09, wherein I entered the store intent on purchasing a handgun and when I asked if they carry a particular brand of handgun, the employee treated me as if I were stupid merely for asking. I really don't know that much about guns, so I wasn't completely sold on the particular brand that I initially requested. I feel that with some direction, he could have swayed me to purchase another brand, but the only thing I'm sold on now is never returning to that store again and making sure that everyone I know is aware of how I was treated there. I would give it a zero out of five stars if I could.
