My advice for placing online orders is to review what you want online and then call them to place the order. If you place on order directly online, it will likely be delayed because they’ll likely call you back to confirm details about your order. This can be a frustrating experience especially if you’re difficult to reach during the day and are 3 times zones away from New York.\r

I’ve learned that they do take customer service seriously. I worked with an online representative “Jonathan” that quickly cleared up confusion with my order. Thus, if you do have an issue with your order they will fix it. In the end you’ll end up with a quality item at a great price.\r
