Review content:
Took my car for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Promised job completion in one hour so I went to the mall and browsed. Got back almost 2 hours later and found car wasn't ready yet. Was told it was still in queue.which was surprising because when I got there, there was no line. After 30 minutes I asked if car was ready and it was then that they told me that the technician broke the key to the tire lock and that a replacement part will be available in 15 minutes. Of course it took longer. I even noticed that they had to jump start my car. They discharged the battery! I understand that unexpected things can happen but the lying and covering up I can't tolerate. The manager even told me that the part arrived earlier but he thought "it did not look right". Of course this was just to cover up the delay. I confronted the technician to tell him that I knew they discharged the battery because I saw them jump starting it. He told me the battery was old and needs replacement soon. Wrong answer. It is only a year old. The only saving grace to all of these were the two Filipino sales men who were trying to assist me and the free oil change which they gave to appease me. Felt very disappointed. Not going back there.
