Well, where do I even start? I give this business 1 star, only because there is no lower option! I didn't even buy a product there. I had called them to try to work out a problem that a family member had had with them. I spoke with the manager. Her name is Julie. Remember that for when you call, because if you have a problem, she will immediately cop an attitude with you. After trying to explain the situation, she began talking right over the top of me over and over. I then told her I wanted to talk to the owner of the company, to which she replied ""I will take your info"". I continued to try to talk to her about the problem. She wouldn't let me talk,so I finally told her to shut her mouth and listen to me! At which point she hung up on me! Julie, just let me say, as a manager, you need to stop acting like a 2 yr. old and study up on customer service 101!
