I found the perfect pair of knee-high leather boots, but I have skinny calves and they weren't fitting. I brought them in and asked the owner if he could help. He seemed knowledgeable and experienced, and was very friendly and helpful, so I decided to trust him and have him alter these $200 boots. \r

We went through several fittings, and finally they fit perfectly. They don't look ""perfect"", as he did have to cut the back seems and cut out some leather since they were so big on me. But I think I'm the only one who notices the before/after differences. If they would have fit a little better, he told me about other less intrusive techniques he could have used. \r

I thought the price was very reasonable considering all the time and work he put in. Customer service was great. I'll definitely go back for any other shoe issues I have in the future.
