Review content:
I got to sample Jillipepper's salsa's and spice mixes at a trade show. The first one that I tried was the Pineapple Chili salsa. It had a great fruity taste with a pop from the red chili. It was great tasting and not too hot. I also tried the fiesta pepper mix that was mixed with sour cream. It was so good, I could not stop sampling. The owner Jill, said that it could be used on just about any fish or chicken dish. I believe her. I can't help think of what recipes i could add it to.
