You hear about bad doctors all the time. Well I want to tell about someone who is different.\r \r I developed sudden spots in my left eye. This was Saturday morning. I tried calling my eye doctor but the covering doctor did not take my insurance. Then I saw Dr. Kumar's practice ad on google. Even though I had never been to him, I needed to see someone. So I called his office number. Long behold I was talking with him a few minutes later. He agreed to see me right away even though it was his day off and I was not his patient yet.\r He diagnosed me with a retinal detachment and did surgery on my eye the following morning and saved my vision. Had I waited until Monday to see my doctor, I would have lost my vision.\r Dr. Kumar was caring compassionate and explained everything to me in detail Even on follow up visits, he took time to explain the condition of my eye and medications I need to take.\r I will never go to another eye doctor. Now my wife who has diabetes sees him for her diabetic retinopathy. Recently my son got a piece of metal in his eye while at work and called Dr. Kumar's office in the middle of a work day. THey told him to come right over and took care of him the same day.\r \r Would highly recommend Dr. Kumar and his staff. If you go there, say hi to Patricia
