I couldn't pass up the opportunity to share with others my experience at Florin Hill. I lived there for about 1 1/2 years and just recently moved. The previous post is accurate regarding how residents were promised a pool/gym that took a lot longer for them to follow through on. We had the cheapest apartment option..and after a year our rent went up from 975 to 999 a month. We chose to do month to month and the price was jacked up to 1,070. When we gave them a 2 months
