I have been going to this Gym ever since they opened. I love this gym. If you come in the morning they are rockin out and if you come in the evening they are still rockin out. The TV's sound is muted because the sound system is playing music. I always leave there feeling like I've had a total attitude adjustment. Music is good for the soul just as excersise is good for the body. The gym never stinks like Gold's does. It's not over crowded like Gold's is. It doesn't have the problems you find in most of the over populated gyms. It's one of the nicest gyms around. I would recommend it to everyone who is looking for a new gym.
