Review content:
I was sorely dissapointed with Brickyard. My family and I had been in an accident, and Brickyard had no sympathy whatsoever for our predicament. they were just there to get their job done and be done with it. When asked if we could grab a few personal belongings, the driver curtly replied, that we couldnt and would have to wait til monday afternoon (it was saturday morning) Our entire lives were in the wreck of our vehicle, and its hard to put life on hold for a weekend. after discussion we were able to retrieve a few key items and left. as if that were not enough, we traveled to brickyard, which was hard to find considering the labeling on the building called it A1 collision. Anyway when we went to retrieve the rest of our stuff, nobody was to be found. It toon ten minutes to find someone and after we did, they were very short with us. On top of all this, the driver and passenger door on the left of the car were separated during the crash and left a gaping hole in the roof. when we went to get the stuff, we found snow there. no care was taken to protect anything, it was just left to the elements. These people clearly have no sympathy for others. and would hate to have to deal with them again. Pros: there tow truck works Cons: very discourteous, hard to find
