Review content:
I took my daughter there to have her prom gown altered. The first time we went she said come back when you have the exact shoes and bra you will be wearing with your dress and I'll do it then.
When we came back she acted funny as soon as we walked into her shop. She told my daughter to change into her gown.
My daughter is tiny so it needed to be shortened and taken in a little. Kim told us to use tape to make the dress fit better. She told us that my daughter was going to be fussy and a perfectionist so she did not (my daughter was silent) feel comfortable about doing anything.
The whole time she was changing that woman kept saying I know her she is too perfect and fussy. I finally said no you don't know her. How could you know someone you have hardly spent any time with?
We went to another place in Amherst and had no problem whatsoever. This other place on Flint Road and Millersport is outstanding.
I'm glad Kim was not nice, because I'm sure she is unable to do a good job except for something very simple. Just want to thank Kim for being so rude. It worked out just fine for us. Thanks again Kim and best of luck with your business.
