Review content:
Ordered time sensitive materials and paid $17 for 3 day rush delivery. After FIVE DAYS still waiting. Tracked package and it's been sitting at a UPS that is only 20 miles away in Chelmsford, for 2 of those days for no apparent or explained reason. Tracking says it will arrive on Monday, which would make 6 days. Worst delivery service that I have ever experienced! I understand that it's the holidays but they shouldn't guarantee and charge extra money for a service that they cannot provide. Eh is understating it!
