Wow, was I surprised to read the one negative review I see here, because frankly, I would not trust anyone else in the Chicago area to do work on my home. Mega costs more than most, but for a good reason. They are great. They respond to emails, phone calls and even welcome me walking into the office with questions. They are willing to text photos of possibilities back and forth, price out various vendors, they always come when they say they will, they always clean up any mess, they are super flexible working around my schedule. Just as context, these folks replaced my roof, and windows, and replaced nearly every speck of my house: two new bathrooms floor to ceiling and kitchen.
