On March 19, 12 I was in the Dallas area visiting family, when my Grandma decided to take me to Nissian. I'm going through a messy divorce and husband took both cars. I also have 4 year old twins who also spend the ENTIRE DAY with me, btw . So not only was Ivan Green aware of my situation, he sold me (so I thought) a 2009 black Honda Accord. I put down my payment of $3,500 and turned in my rent a car that cost me $359 but also paid $100 for car ins to drive off with the honda. On March 26,2012 I received a call from another sales man telling me that my rate was going down and they needed me on camera to sign the paperwork. I thought it was very strange sounding. But hey it's NISSAN, they are professionals. Well guys who read reviews. This place is anything but. They are rude and act like they did you a favor by selling you a car. When I drove to Dallas from Austin (where I live) they told me the loan fell through and they couldn't do the deal. EYES WIDE OPEN!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE MY 4 YEAR OLD TWINS WITH ME, BROTHER AND NIECE. I couldn't believe it. They gave me back (crossing fingers, of my $3,500 because it hasn't hit the bank yet) but I lost money BIG time at this place for a car that wasn't even mine. My daughters were asking me what happen. Not only did Ivan Green and James Shephard (who is the manager, I think) they were anything but unhelpful and not very Christian like. I couldn't believe it. So I believe in writing reviews for both good and bad so I'm not one of those sour grapes. I hope I can help you look else where and save you time, money and frustrations and least not forget the embarrassment. They did however send a very kind young man to drive my family home, all the way back to Austin.
