I won't tell the whole story because it's to long. ... I'll just say they took a REALLY long time) to pay me the $ they owed me. I had to call them repeatedly and threaten to get a lawyer (I don't do this easily) before they paid me. Oh yeah...I also had to pay a big late fee to someone else I owed $ to because I didn't have the $ in time. I don't think the guy in charge of writing the check to me cares at all that I waited so long or had to spend just about the whole amount he owed me(on the late fee)...at least I never got any sort of apology from him.
They had no problem taking $ from my bank account on the day they said they would...it was just giving me $ they owed me that was a problem.
The front desk person was very nice (although she never called me back when she said she would), I didn't have to wait long to get in, and I liked the dentist.
I would suggest going to them if you have a dental problem that needs fast attention, just make sure you don't have to depend on them to get back to you about anything.
Pros: Nice front desk person, good dentist
Cons: Took forever to get $ owed to me
