Review content:
The El Cactus in Fountainville is such a wonderful mexican restaurant. I never had such a margarita like this. It the perfect mix!! A lot of mexican restaurants use a margarita mix. Not this place. Every margarita is made individually. The owner came over to introduce himself and we had to inform him about his margaritas. Also, the food is made fresh daily, you can tell. We also told him this is as closed to west coast mexican food as possible. We are orginally from the west coast. How do you do it? The owner informed us that his Chef(a woman) if from pueblo, mexico. Now we understand.
