I called and Bob came out and was real nice, showed him the report from the Gas company. He stated that it needed a new sparker for the gas range top, ordered one and then installed it said the gas leak would be solved, well the leak was not taken care of, gave a 90 day guarantee so I have called and called, my sister called and he answered her phone, she told him he needed to call me, he was very rude to her, he than called me and said be at the house at 9 am which I was, he never came, and I left several messages, no call back. Do not use him if you want the guarantee that he promises you. Because it will not be there.
