Review content:
Acme, while on the outside a warm and friendly 'Mom & Pop"" business, does have a dark side. Their treatment of employees is terrible; most are terminated within six weeks, usually either by being entrapped into an action that results in termination, or merely because they've irritated one of the owners. Other than that, many employees quit before this happens, either seeing it coming, or more often, because the working conditions are truly miserable, and the compensation is not worth it.
Pros: Small business atmosphere, friendly service
Cons: Arrogance of owners, poor employee treatment
