Terrible service! We dropped a ton of money on this filtering system. Best thing we got out of it was the FREE COOKWARE set! About 2 months after forking over about 5k (4700 and some change) we got a letter from their finance company they wouldn't be representing AquaKleen, THEN we got a letter from AquaKleen to the effect of our legislator would like to place some type of ban on these water systems that would basically mean if passed we'd be SOL! Did they know that BEFORE they sold us the system? Now here's the best part, our system hasn't been working for about 3 months, trying to get someone who SPEAKS ENGLISH is one thing, getting a technician to look at it...WAIT THEY WANT TO CHARGE US $75.00 WHEN IT'S UNDER WARRANTY TO MAKE A CALL FOR A PRODUCT THAT HAS ONLY WORKED 3 MONTHS! DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. \r
