Review content:
We dined at the Firebirds in the new North Hills Mall. The ambience was quite nice; wood beamed ceilings, stuffed moose on the wall and an overall aroma that would make Emeril sit up and notice. The food, however, was just average. My steak was a bit chewy and the baked potato, which I ordered ""loaded"", was skimpy at best. The bartender needs to go back to school. Both my husband and myself ordered a mixed drink and neither one was very good. But overall, I enjoyed my visit and the waiter. He was very attentive to our needs and serviced us well. However, there was just not enough that intrigued us enough to make a return visit. Sorry guys.
