I cannot believe the POOR level of service and food I recieved from there. I'm from Texas where Taco Cabana reigns over all other fast food mexican food. Every time I was in town visiting, I HAD to get some Taco Cabana. BUT...... the quality of the location on San Mateo is discraceful!!! Even drunk, it is unacceptable according to the normal standards. If I worked for Taco Cabana, I would close this location DOWN!!!!! Every time I go there my order is either incorrect or unedible. They forget things that I paid for and the things I did recieve are usually aweful. I will give credit to the few things that they do give correctly,they are awesome, but that's usually ONE thing out of an order of eight things. Pretty bad odds. And when kids are criyng because they have NO dinner, or NOT what they wanted, what I paid for??? REDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND on top of all that, everytime they screw things up royally, they won't give me a refund. It's all the sudden my fault for ordering from them in the first place, I should have known better! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!! Not to mention the RAW chicken they gave me in my chicken quesadilla last night, Thank God i didn't eat it or I wouldn't be writing this TERRIBLE review right not, but I did go to bed hungry : (
Pros: Great food if they can get it right and not raw!
Cons: Terrible at: to-go orders, customer service, and management
