Review content:
The truth of the matter is Ann Olsen is a very good park manager. She is consistent with applying the rules to each and everyone alike and very generous with her time and efforts concerning the residents. If it were not for her efforts and effectively enforcing the park rules which, are agreed upon by each resident during the initial process before purchasing a home here, the park would not be nearly as nice as it is. PG&E was working on their equipment before the first outage and power did go out for another mobile home park in the area as well as ours. Ann Olsen was available at the office immediately and took calls from the residents. She stayed in the office each time the power went out taking calls and on one occassion did not leave until 1:00 in the morning. Everyone has ideas about what should happen from the sidelines but stand back from the armchair quarterbacking for a moment and consider if it is more important to get the power back on or type a letter and distribute it to approximately 900 homes before getting the power back on. Opinions are of course free to everyone but if you are going to post opinions be honest in what you write. I don't believe for one moment that Ann ever cussed any of you and you would be hard pressed to convince most anyone otherwise. Calling into the office and having to wait if the line is busy is a hassle but once we get through the information we are requesting is supplied. Managing a mobile home park does not appear to be an easy job and I for one would never want to take on that task so I have great respect for Ann for keeping all these homes inside the park up and running 99.9999% of the time. She is human and nature will always prevail so if there is a hiccup give her a break and think about how well you handle stressful situations.
Pros: Lovely park and on top of it manger
Cons: Managing adults who don't always act as such
