This gym does not offer the standard services that most other gyms provide to its memebers at no cost (such as a towel service). Additionally, you cannot use their cycle room during non-class hours like you can at other gyms. So you pay membership fees for things you can't even use.\r

Probably the worst thing at this gym is their customer service. Their owner is without a doubt one of the rudest, most unprofessional people you will ever meet. Their managers are also not very friendly. There are no formal written policies, yet you can be kicked out of their club for violating ""written procedures."" So if you are on your cell phone and you're not in the lobby area, or you don't use a towel (which you have to provide yourself), or you forget to wipe down some of the equipment after you use it, be prepared to have your membership revoked. Worst gym in Durham, hands down.
