I was not able to find anyone to help me. Their were no sales people on the floor from the mens dept to housewares. I finally found help in the cosmetics dept. Which she was able to call someone to the other dept for me. This is the first time I tried the gottscalks in Indio. I usually shop at Palm Springs and will continue. I am alway able to get help there and it is a very clean, fresh store. The Indio location was a mess as well. I will never go back. I would advise to stay away if you want service and a clean store. The bathroom was a messl. There was no toilet paper and water was running over from one of the stalls. It also smelled extremely bad. That bathroom needs an air freshner. I decided to wait to go at home rather then use those stalls. My money will be spent in Palm Springs. Managment should be ashamed
