Jimmy Cowart contracted to paint my house. He did not have ladder long enought to reach near top of house, used cement blocks propped under ladder and that still did not reach top section. He told me he finished the job, I paid him, then discovered he left top section of house undone. He promised to come back and finish the job and never did. Will not answer my calls. Unhappy with his work. Would not recommend to anyone. Frank Bowden in Athens, Ga.\r
