Review content:
After reading other reviews of Stevies, I went to Stevies with a group of friends without very high expectations. The food was good and hot, served promptly (contrary to other reviews) and the portions were appropriate. After having dinner (about $400 worth), we were approached by two seperate employees and requested to pay in order to stay to watch the group ""Loose Ends"" perform. \r
\r
Once we were seated, we ordered a bottle of Moet. I guess Stevie didn't expect anyone to purchase bottles and therefore it wasnt chilled until we ordered it. Its obvious that Stevie hasnt properly trained his staff as it pertains to bottle service. The bottle was left on the table with empty champagne glasses. After training the waitress how to properly serve a bottle of Moet, we enjoyed the show. \r
\r
All in all my experience was a good one however, I feel that Stevie should recognize who spends the most money in his establishment and not hound them to pay an extra $20 on special event nights. \r
\r
Stevie needs to provide better VIP customer service.
Pros: Valet service, good food & drinks, clean establishment
Cons: inappropriate bottle service
