I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! ON SATURDAY I WENT THERE TO RENT A CAR SINCE IM NOT 21 AND CAN RENT FROM ENTERPRISE. I WAS DRIVING TO YUMA ON JUST SUNDAY MORNING AND COMING BACK SUNDAY NIGHT. I RENTED THE CAR UNTIL TUESDAY BECAUSE MY CAR WAS GETTING FIXED. MY COUSIN TOOK ME TO GET THIS CAR AND THEY TOLD US THAT IT WAS GOING TO BE $249 AND BEFORE I SIGNED THE PAPER AGREEING TO IT, I READ THROUGHT IT AND ASKED HIM ABOUT THE FEES AND HE TELLS ME THEIR INCLUDED IN THE $249!!!!!! THEN WHEN HE FIRST QUOTED ME THIS PRICE OVER PHONE HE TELLS ME THERES A $350 DEPOSIT. WHEN I GOT THERE HE TOOK MY CARD AND RAN IT AND THEN I SAY HOW MUCH DID U RUN IT FOR AND HE SAYS $400 AND I SAID U TOLD ME $350 AND HE STRUGGS HIS SHOULDERS. SO THEN TUESDAY COMES AND ME AND MY FATHER RETURN THE CAR, AND ALL THOSE FEES I ASKED ABOUT BEFORE I SIGNED HAPPEN TO APPEAR ON TOP OF THE $249!! SO INSTEAD OF GIVING ME MY $150 BACK WHEN I RETURNED THE CAR, THEY KEPT $390.13 AND GAVE ME $9.87 BACK!!!!!!!! THEY REALLY ARE A RIP OFF!!!!!!!!! THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DONT CARE THAT THEY ARE TAKING YOUR MONEY FOR NO REASON!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY WALK AWAY FROM YOU WHEN YOU ARE TALKING TO THEM! THEY ARE VERY RUDE!!!!!!!!!!
