When you first visit the store, everyone, especially Renee herself is so friendly and welcoming and makes you feel great. They are helpful and kind and you really are so happy that you are there. But once you give them your deposit and walk out the door...........it all changes. I felt so wonderful and excited after i ordered my designer gown and gave a $5000 deposit, but my dress came in 2 weeks late and when i came to see it, it was dirty and there were holes in it!!! I quickly realized they were trying to give me a used dress.........everything after that was a bit of a nightmare, i needed to get my lawyer involved and had t call the designer myself because i was so worried I wouldn't get a dress in time for my wedding......in the end the designer came thru and I was a very happy bride with my beautiful gown, but I WOULD NEVER STEP FOOT BACK IN THAT STORE AND WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DON'T AS WELL.......ANYWAY I THINK THEY'RE OUT OF BUSINESS.........AND I THINK THAT;S FOR THE BETTER
