Review content:
We called this guy to come out and move our sprinkler heads, he never showed the day and time he was supposed to. Naturally, I called him and had to leave a message. He said he had to take his kids to open house....yet never thought to call his scheduled appt to say this????? He finally came out and did the work well in the time promised. I had another problem a month later and called him. He sched a time and never showed up. He called me to say he was coming. I sat there waiting for hours before i had my husband call. His phone went straight to voicemail so we left a message. He called back stating he had an emergency but was on his way...again no courtesy phone call???? He called back saying he was 15 min away. We waited and waited, the man never showed!!!!! My husband called him back several times but went straight to vm. We are done with this company!!!!
Pros: when he showed up, he worked hard and quickly
