I am a single women who knows nothing about cars so i am naturally very hesitant about trusting a auto repair shop to not take advantage of me. Well i was having a running issue so i ask some guys at my work what could be wrong & they said i could be looking at a couple hundred dollars in repairs, They also told me to go to maplewood auto & transmission because they would help me out & treat me fairly. I called to make an appointment , brandon told me that they could pick me up at work (3m) & drop me back off free of charge. They fixed my car while i was at work and to my surprise the bill was only $70, they cleaned the mass air flow sensor and that fixed my problem right up. Brandon also informed me of other parts that should be repaired & order of importance. I felt no pressure to buy anything & i knew they were not trying to sell me anything i didn't need. He told me i didn't need to have these fixed right NOW, i could bring the car back at a later time & even split the repairs up. I recommend to anyone who has been taken advantage of in the past by other repair shops. Thank again maplewood auto & thank you brandon
