Ian the owner is rude and not reliable. We were treated like second class citzen when we tried to explain the problem with our car. He told us he would have one of his men look at it when they had the time. We have only the one car and really need it for our everyday getting around. We rely on it to get back and forth to doctor visits. I know our car does not look like it is worth alot or maybe someone more important was waiting to have their car repaired, I don't know. I do know we will not be going back to this station. \r
Maybe needs to go into another line of work. Customer service is what it is all about.
