My mistake but I rented a Car at the Richmond, VA airport from Hertz. I told them I did not want insurance since the company I work for has a contract with Hertz. The agent tried to get me to rent a more expensive vehicle but I didn't want it. I actually wanted a smaller car then I was booked for. Well, I was charged for insurance and I got a compact car for the price of a midsize. \r
Next time I don't care how many people are in line, I am going to read the contract better. My costly mistake. I have notified my company to change rental agencies and try a more honest company if there is one.
Pros: Got a car
Cons: Paid for larger car, got one without cruise or any options.
