Review content:
We heard a real loud pop, and we found out the spring had popped. I was concerned about not being able to get out of the garage if there was an emergency. Derek from Alamo Door & Awning was kind enough to walk us through step by step if we had an emergency. He called us back, and this was Sunday when this happened. He told us he really didn't want us to pay the call service fee, so we waited until the morning. Everything he could do for us, he did. He was very matter-of-factly and focused, and did the work. That was kind of strange, because usually they're a bit friendly, but he did excellent work so I can't complain!
