I went in to get an estimate for repair of my hood, which had been dented in a minor accident. Because it wasn't latching properly, it wouldn't pass the Safety Inspection; and since I'd just spent $2000 repairing the emissions problem, I wasn't looking forward to another expensive repair. \r

I had planned on getting several estimates, but Carl and Chantal were so friendly when I walked in the door, and after looking at my car, Carl said he thought they'd be able to repair the latch without having to do major body work. They fixed it then and there for a fraction of what I had expected to pay. \r

Not only that, but when Carl himself gave me the estimate for the body work and took the time to talk to me about what would be involved and where I might be able to save. There was no pressure, no sales, just straightforward information that I needed. I will definitely return there when I have the money to do the major body work.
